ADDITIONAL FALSE CLAIMS Made In Regards To COO's Printer Usage

USERS KEPT AVOIDING ACCOUNTABILITY: Another allegation has been received by Country of OKITO (COO), along with Admin OKITO LIM and the Communications, Information and Digital (CID) Department regarding the usage of our Canon's PIXMA G4780 printer.

IT'S THE SAME MYTH: The individual (in which will be EXPOSED if found guilty), estimated to be a 19-Year-Old Female, has made the following claims, by verbal:

• Admin OKITO LIM does not help individuals to print their documents.

• Admin OKITO LIM only kept the printer for himself.

• Admin OKITO LIM does not teach individuals (especially the members of QQ) to use the printer.

HERE ARE THE FACTS

1. Admin OKITO has NEVER denied anyone to print documents

As a responsible, reliable and result-proven administration, Admin OKITO LIM does NOT deny anyone (especially the most beloved members of QQ) to help or assist in printing their documents, especially when the documents are for academic purposes or affairs regarding the agencies of QQ. Although there are several documents that may not be for academic or QQ purposes, documents sent by the members of QQ are still being printed by Admin OKITO LIM without any denial.

2. COO kept the printer for the purpose of maintaining the printer

No one is responsible to ensure that the printer's quality is in good condition, other than the most responsible room of QQ Care Centre and the Honorable Admin of this Sovereign House, as well as the support of the CID Department. It is very clear that without the support of Admin OKITO LIM, no one will be able to print documents in the Sovereign House of QQ Care Centre.

Additionally, on 21st of January 2026, COO has published an article titled "Admin OKITO LIM receives newly gifted printer, will take full care of it", we have made it very clear that:

"Admin OKITO LIM also commits to ensure to take care the printer in terms of its ink volume, cleaning and operation quality."

If the individual is able to take care of the printing operation that can facilitate the beloved members of QQ, in which it is impossible, then the individual should prove her capability instead of blasting out words that are too good to be true.

3. The CID Department prepares FREE guidelines for members of QQ

Last month, the CID Department launches a printer usage guidelines which can be found in the CID Department's section of QQ Care Centre's portal website at https://qq.thegwk.tk/cid/printer-usage. These articles are exclusively prepared for members of QQ so that they can easily know how to use the printer. In addition to that, Admin OKITO LIM is also available to assist members of QQ who doesn't know how to use the printer.

Although it is NOT the duty of the CID Department to prepare such guidelines, as these can be found by members of QQ themselves online, the CID Department still wants to prepare these guidelines so that members of QQ can easily understand using our terms, language and words.

4. Once again, several of the members of QQ does NOT know how to pair their smart devices with the printer, or they are just LAZY

As mentioned in our previous article regarding the same false claims, and this is the hard truth but it CANNOT be denied, where majority of the members of QQ have inadequate knowledge on how they can pair (connect) their phone, iPad, PC or laptop with the printer. They are too lazy to learn on how to pair their smart device with the printer by learning resources provided online. Hence, thanks to the hardworking, sympathy and empathy of COO, Admin OKITO LIM and the CID Department, Admin OKITO LIM has helped members of QQ to print (AND DELIVER) their materials and documents just by them sending their documents via WhatsApp or Telegram messaging. 

5. AND once again, Admin OKITO LIM always supports the academic progress of the members of QQ

As mentioned before again and again, it is an obligation of Admin OKITO LIM to support members of QQ's academic progress as part of LEARNING in one of the 12 MOTTOS OF QQ. Hence, thanks to the efforts made by the agencies of QQ, especially QQ Learning and the CID Department, members of QQ are free to print their desired materials for the sake of achieving excellence in their studies.

EXPOSED THAT THE CLAIMS MADE IS FAKE: We have determined once again that all members of QQQ can freely use the printer, COO helps to maintain the printer operation, as well as Admin OKITO proves that he protects the wellbeing of the members of QQ by continuing to give additional assistance and guidelines to them.

COO IS DEMANDING A PUBLIC APOLOGY OR WE PRESS CHARGES: Today, COO wants the individual to held accountable and demands the accused individual to withdraw the statement, admit the mistake and sincerely apologize to Admin OKITO, COO, CID Department, the entire agencies of QQ and the members of QQ.

The individual MUST do the said actions within the period of 168 hours since 13th March 2026, 9:00 am, otherwise the CID Department will press charges towards that individual under QQ rules Penal Code 31 Act 2021.

QUOTE FROM THE BUDDHA: The Pancha Sila has guide the members of QQ of Musavada, as one of the Five Percepts. Buddhism refrains members of QQ to spread false information which includes such case as above.

ADDITIONAL QUOTES FROM OTHER TEACHINGS ALSO PROHIBITS THE SPREAD OF FALSE INFORMATION: There are several other teachings that prevent everyone to falsely accuse something that doesn't even have strong evidence to support it.

• Surah Al-Hujurat 49:6 of the Qu'ran states that "O you who believe! If a wicked person comes to you with any news, verify it, lest you harm a people unknowingly and afterwards you become regretful for what you have done."

• Proverbs 19:9 of the New International Version of the Holy Bible states that "A false witness will not go unpunished, and whoever pours out lies will perish."

LIARS MUST BE PUNISHED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTEND OF OUR LAW: NO ONE is allowed to provide any misleading, false or fake information in the Sovereign House of QQ Care Centre.

Under Section 31.3 QQ rules Penal Code 31 Act 2021, it states that:

"Any person that provides misleading, false or/and fake information will receive up to 150 times of squatting, up to 72 hours of isolation or/and up to QQ$400,000.00 fine."

The CID Department and COO continues to verify false information and committed to held inviduals that made false claims that can destroy the wellbeing of the members of QQ to face justice.
