Request legal pardon

Under QQ rules Penal Code 123 Act 2025, Admin OKITO LIM have the full rights to issue pardon and remove punishments immediately.

If you have been charged for offense(s) under the RULES OF QQ and would like to request for a clemency or acquirement (the term "pardon" under QQ rules Penal Code 123 Act 2025) from Admin OKITO LIM, please refer to the guide below.

• You can apply for pardon if ALL of the appeal process for that particular charge has been exhausted and failed.

• Due to the high number of pardon requests, COO is currently reviewing on charges sentenced ON or BEFORE 31st of December 2023. All sentences after the date is currently NOT available at the moment.

To apply for a pardon, please write a letter to Admin OKITO LIM by following the requirements below:

Please state the following:

• The charges that you have been sentenced to (include HOJ Charge/Compound/Fine No., Date(s) of Hearings (including sentence date), punishment received)

• Your appeal process

• Reason on why Admin OKITO LIM should pardon you

• Your vision in 30 days time

• Your vision in 12 months time

• Your promise and commitment to NOT commit any offense under the RULES OF QQ

Note:

• ONLY digital letter is allowed, and it is recommended to use your individual/organization/room letter head.

• Use Arial, Berlin Sans FB Demi, Montserrat or Times New Roman font at size 11-14 point.

• Please address the Admin as His Right Honorable Mr. Admin OKITO LIM WAI KIT, BBA (Hons.), of the Sovereign House of QQ Care Centre.

• Your letter MUST be at least 1,000 words and shall NOT exceed 5,000 words.

• Physically sign your letter when signoff. Do NOT paste your signature.

• In the letter, attach a copy of letter/forms sent to judge/HOJ/any other agencies of QQ.

• Please send your letter to: Country of OKITO (COO), Ground Floor, QQ Care Centre.

• ENSURE THAT YOU FOLLOW THE CRITERIAS AND REQUIREMENTS ABOVE. Because of high pardon requests, failure to state the following criterias above or the requirements above will NOT be processed and your offense may NOT be even be pardon in the future.
