Country of OKITO (COO) is committed to apply the following policy in the entire room:
Ensure that COO remain dust-free at all times.
Processed clothes should be sorted within 18 hours. All clothes MUST be cleaned and ironed before putting back into the closet.
All used plates and cups MUST be removed immediately after using them.
Trash MUST be filtered when full; or every week - whichever comes first.
Maintain low-noise after 11:00 pm in respect of the members of QQ.
Ensure that the bed is fully made every morning.
Reduce the electric usage by setting the air-conditioner at 16°C at max 30 minutes (including pre-cold), 20°C for the next 30 minutes, and the next 5 hours max at 24°C, within a period of 12 hours.
Keep the table neat and professional at all times.
Turn off the lights or fan when not in use.

These principles that Country of OKITO and the agencies of QQ MUST follow are a set of procedures of the administration of OKITO when handling cases, issues, conflicts and more.
STAY NATURAL AND DO NOT TAKE ANY STANCE
When someone raid, complained or “yap” about something, keep personal stance at natural level until sufficient evidences are proven.
SOLVE ISSUE BASED ON WIN-WIN SITUATION
Make sure both parties gets equal justice and rights.
PRIORITIZE THE LAW, RULES AND POLICIES
Handle issues based on the Sovereign Constitutional RULES OF QQ, applicable laws and policies endorsed by the agencies of QQ.
ENSURE THAT SOLUTIONS CAN MAXIMIZE OUTPUT
Choose the solution that can solve almost or all issues at most without unbalancing a party compared to the other party.
FOCUS ON BOTH SHORT AND LONG RUN
Ensure that the action given can give the solution for the issue in the short run and long run at a ratio of 80/20.
SETTLE WITH AGREEMENTS AND MEMORANDUM
Agree to come for a conclusion through proper agreements, solutions and Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
VIOLATORS SHALL BE PUNISHED
Any party that violates settled conflicts or agreement shall be punish to the fullest extend of the laws, rules and policies under the jurisdiction.
PROTECT THE IMAGE OF THE AGENCY
All conflicts shall NOT tarnish the image and reputation of the agencies of QQ, QQ Care Centre, the members of QQ and other parties involved.
BE PROFESSIONAL
All cases should be handle without making the situation worst, with lesser bureaucracy and higher effectiveness.
LEARNING FOR MISTAKES
Wrongdoing of actions MUST be learned and shall NOT be repeated, otherwise the penalization shall be tougher.
