Last week, the U.S. government and military officials such as the Department of War, has confirmed that Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs) are real.

These UFOs, even after debunking that they are birds, planes or weather conditions, several of them remains unidentified and COULD be extraterrestrial. Although it might be sarcastic to assume that Aliens are real, it is best for the agencies of QQ to prepare before any regrets.

Now, the agencies of QQ will volunteer Admin OKITO LIM to negotiate for the members of QQ based on a win-win situation. While we as humans can't fulfill their demands for tasks beyond our power and physical abilities, we will deal with any possible extraterrestrial life IN EXCHANGE of what they are willingly able to offer.

• The agencies of QQ will describe we as humans, our characteristics and our limited physical abilities.

• We will fulfill demand ONLY if these extraterrestrial life can offer an exchange. For example, we will exchange equal protections of the law just like humans, as well as knowledge on our development in technology, infrastructure and sciences. In exchange, these creatures can offer their knowledge and share their purpose in the most peaceful way possible.

• If the worst-case scenario a deal is unable to be reached, we will seek emergency help from the U.S. Department of War (DoW) and NASA. With the confirmation from Admin OKITO LIM, our sovereignty will hand it over to the foreign autorities in a short period of time.
