Declaring the former Learning Room now known as Country of OKITO under QQ rules Penal Code 22 Act 2021

Today, Admin OKITO LIM will now officially be renaming the formerly known "Learning Room" into Country of OKITO (Acronym: COO). This is in line with Section 22.2 (a) QQ rules Penal Code 22 Act 2021, where Admin OKITO LIM shall be responsible for the entire room.

To ensure that the operation of the entire agencies of QQ went smooth, the COO will be the main office and operations of the entire agencies of QQ starting on 1st January 2026.

Previously, media statements are released through the official QQ Care Centre's portal website. Starting January 2026, all official media statements and articles (including MoU and proclaimations) from the entire agencies of QQ will now be delivered through this portal website.
