The Communications, Information and Digital (CID) Department has issued a warning to all members of QQ regarding individuals claiming to offer "free" Robux (a virtual currency in the game ROBLOX) and other "content" on live platforms such as YouTube. Read more about this warning at https://qq.thegwk.tk/cid/scam-alert-yt-live-stream.
THE TRICK: On May 2025, majority of the live channels in YouTube are claiming the following:
A content of the streamer claiming he will give 'free' Robux if users transfer a certain amount of gifts to the YouTube channel.
A content of the streamer threathens to press 'call' on the number 911 if users transfer a certain amount of gifts to the YouTube channel.
A content of the streamer attempts to get bitten by a crocodile toy's teeth if users transfer a certain amount of gifts to the YouTube channel.
A content of the streamer attempts to add rubber bands onto a watermelon if users transfer a certain amount of gifts to the YouTube channel.
These gifts require real-world money to be purchased.
Among the examples are the following [DO NOT TRANSFER ANY MONEY/GIFTS TO THESE PLATFORMS]

THE SCAM: In regards to these "live" videos, these scammers have been looping the clip over-and-over. They are NOT live. They are NOT claiming what they are claiming. They are NOT claiming what they are offering in exchange of something.
JJJacksfilm have been investigating these losers for the past few weeks and have come out with the explaination video here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NYTPI57GLac
We applaud his effort in investigating this case.
OUR ACTIONS: We urge members of QQ to refrain from entertaining these live videos when they come across in Shorts Live, YouTube Live or any other platforms.
Members of QQ should:
Report the live video to YouTube or the social media platforms;
Report the live video to the CID Department via email; and
DO NOT like, share, react or even comment on the live video. This will trick YouTube's algorithm.
DEMAND FOR JUSTICE: Country of OKITO (COO), along with the entire agencies of QQ, urges YouTube and others to take strict enforcement actions.
The agencies of QQ, especially the CID Department, will work with YouTube to tackle the issue of stream-scammers scamming content for profit.
YouTube should immediately remove these channel and ban them from creating new channels ever again, based on their Google accounts and IP address. However, reporters claim that YouTube dismiss their report claims.
Law enforcements MUST work together to tackle these illegal fraud streamers, regardless of their protections and disclaimer that wasn't protected under the law. For example, even though the channel placed a disclaimer stated that the person in the stream is not held accountable under the law, liability MUST be uphold for fraud and serves as a punishment for trading away rewards and commissions (like money) in exchange for tarnishing the image and reputation of the person in the stream.
In the above case, even though Joxy doesn't have access to this channel, Joxy should also be held accountable for trading away his soul and face for profit, with his management team's fraudulent scheme, which IS NOT protected under the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regulations, the RULES OF QQ and other applicable laws.
The CID Department will update its progress to ensure that the members of QQ are safe online.
