FALSE CLAIMS: In regards to COO's Printer usage

PROVIDING FALSE INFORMATION: Country of OKITO (COO), along with Admin OKITO LIM and the Communications, Information and Digital (CID) Department have received an allegation by an individual in regards to the usage of our Canon's PIXMA G4780 printer.

THE MYTH: The individual (in which will be EXPOSED if found guilty), has made the following claim, by verbal:

• Admin OKITO LIM does not allow anyone to enter COO to use the printer.

• The individual complains that Admin OKITO LIM can enter other's room, but not his room.

• All documents have to go through Admin OKITO LIM to print, making data of other individuals being exposed.

HERE ARE THE FACTS

1. COO allows members of QQ to print using our printer

COO has been allowing all members of QQ to print anything using the printer. On 21st of January 2026, COO has published an article titled "Admin OKITO LIM receives newly gifted printer, will take full care of it", and the article quoted:

"all members of QQ can use the printer, especially for academic purposes and affairs regarding QQ Care Centre."

2. Admin OKITO allows anyone to enter the room if permission is obtained

Any individual, including the members of QQ, who wishes to enter COO, MUST ask permission from Admin OKITO in order to enter the room. Members of QQ can easily ask Admin OKITO's permission by a simple WhatsApp text message, Instagram DM message, or by verbal. Majority of the time, Admin OKITO ALWAYS allow members of QQ to enter his room for the purpose of using the printer.

3. Admin OKITO enters other rooms for community service purposes

Admin OKITO LIM ONLY enters other user's room for the purpose of doing community services, like delivering fresh clean clothes, mopping the floor, returning the room owner's items and belongings, as well as filtering the trash. This is agreed by all parties, especially the individual, in our Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) which can be found at https://wkroom.qq.thegwk.tk/mou-with-qq. 

4. Several of the members of QQ does NOT know how to pair their smart devices with the printer, or they are just LAZY

This is the hard truth but it CANNOT be denied, where majority of the members of QQ have inadequate knowledge on how they can pair (connect) their phone, iPad, PC or laptop with the printer. They are too lazy to learn on how to pair their smart device with the printer by learning resources provided online. Hence, thanks to the hardworking, sympathy and empathy of COO, Admin OKITO LIM and the CID Department, Admin OKITO LIM has helped members of QQ to print (AND DELIVER) their materials and documents just by them sending their documents via WhatsApp or Telegram messaging. 

5. Admin OKITO LIM does NOT read the sent documents, unless permission is given by the sender

All documents sent by the sender is mostly about academic purposes, hence there is NOTHING confidential or context to hide about. If members of QQ wishes to print materials that are confidential, they can just use the printer themselves without going through Admin OKITO LIM.

6. Admin OKITO LIM always supports the academic progress of the members of QQ

It is an obligation of Admin OKITO LIM to support members of QQ's academic progress as part of LEARNING in one of the 12 MOTTOS OF QQ. Hence, thanks to the efforts made by the agencies of QQ, especially QQ Learning and the CID Department, members of QQ are free to print their desired materials for the sake of achieving excellence in their studies.

EXPOSED THAT THE CLAIMS MADE IS FAKE: Hence, we have come to a conclusion that Admin OKITO LIM allows anyone to enter COO to use the printer (provided that permission is given), Admin OKITO LIM can enter other's room for the sake of making QQ Care Centre better, as well as all documents does NOT have to go through Admin OKITO LIM just to print their materials. 

The fact that this statement was made by the individual on the 5th Day of the Lunar New Year (Chor 5) demonstrates the lack of professionalism, as well as disrespecting the Chinese culture of "saying good words", shown by the individual.

DEMANDING A PUBLIC APOLOGY OR FACE CHARGES: Today, COO wants the individual to held accountable and demands the accused individual to withdraw the statement, admit the mistake and sincerely apologize to Admin OKITO, COO, CID Department, the entire agencies of QQ and the members of QQ.

The individual MUST do the said actions within the period of 168 hours since 22th February 2026, 9:00 am, otherwise the CID Department will press charges towards that individual under QQ rules Penal Code 31 Act 2021.

A LESSON FOR ALL: NO ONE is allowed to provide any misleading, false or fake information in the Sovereign house of QQ Care Centre.

Under Section 31.3 QQ rules Penal Code 31 Act 2021, it states that:

"Any person that provides misleading, false or/and fake information will receive up to 150 times of squatting, up to 72 hours of isolation or/and up to QQ400,000.00 fine."

We demand the public to not speculate or spread unverified rumors, otherwise they will face similar penalties.
