FLOOR OF COO IMPLODED - COO IS TAKING PRECAUTION STEPS

FLOOR TILES EXPLODED: Two days ago at night, the floor of the room of Country of OKITO (COO) suddenly expands which cause the tiles to crack, feel wobbly and unstable. This is probably because of the heat of the room is increasing, pressure of the room exceeds, as well as a possible earthquake that impacts the structure of the room. This affects COO as a single movement can impact the entire room's movement.

OUR PLAN TO FIX COO'S FLOOR: Today, we are announcing a temporary plan, followed by a Structure Plan in order to fix COO's floor for the wellbeing of the members of QQ.

TEMPORARY PLAN: Our temporary plan will be

• Ensuring the tiles on the walkable area remains walkable. This includes making the floor only unstable below the bed, as well as placing carpets underneath the walkable area.

• Increase cooling and ventilation of the room. We will extend the cooling of the room by allowing extended air-conditioning usage, as well as turning on the ventilation unit for at least 1 hour per day.

• Allowing all service regarding the agencies of QQ to continue. Since the room has very minimum impact in regards to the habilitation and productivity, there is no reason for us to stop any services that can help to serve the members of QQ.

STRUCTURAL PLAN: We will launch a Structural Plan once we are satisfied with the dates and proceedings. We will also be offering tender to outsiders so that they can help repair our floor. We will divide them into 5 phases according to below:

• PHASE 1: DISMANTLE AND DISASSEMBLE
  We will temporary place all of our room's items outside of COO (which is Dry Kitchen), as well as receiving supplies of helps from other rooms. We will also be drilling everything out - especially the closet.

• PHASE 2: DRILL BABY DRILL
  Contractors that received our tender will then drill the floor to remove the old, disrespectful tiles. These old tiles may be reused upon the disrection of Admin OKITO.

• PHASE 3: HIT THE NEW FLOOR
  Contractors will pour cement and place new tiles on our floor. We will decide whether epoxy and polishing is necessary.

• PHASE 4: CLEAN UP
  We will ensure that the whole room is super clean, free from dust and free from any stains.

• PHASE 5: MOVE IN
  We will assemble everything and prepare to welcome back a new COO room.

In the upcoming weeks and months, we will update the progress of COO's floor to ensure the stability of our room is secured, safe and stabalized.
