New Reference Number for Letters starting Year 2026

Starting 1st January 2026, all references of letters, compounds, offers, commercial purposes or court orders send by organizations of QQ and agencies of QQ will now be using the following reference number format:

Ref No: QQ/2026/xxx
For all official letters using the 12 MOTTOS OF QQ logo (department, commercial bank or organization)*

Ref No: COO/2026/xxx
For all official letters from Admin OKITO LIM, agencies of QQ or Country of OKITO using the COO logo

Compound No: C/xxxxx
For compound

Ref No: HOJ/2026/xxx
For all legal matters and case number
